C1 _ 1st MULTI-LAB _ Short-term joint staff training event

Objective: To facilitate participation, dialogue, multi-disciplinary and inter-sectorial comparison, to start and develop an efficient and effective exchange of experiences, skills, information and good practices, to set up working Groups (équipe) and to start the experience workshop. Definition of the structure and objectives of the common methodological Guidelines of the training course of “Expert in social aesthetics”.

Type of participants: managers, technical-administrative staff, coordinators, professors, trainers and other expert operators active in the sectors of reference (aesthetic, psychological-social, medical, social-assistance) The participants were selected in the preparatory phase of the project based on the their motivations, functions, experiences, knowledge, in particular the knowledge of written and spoken English (level B1).

Methodological and procedural lines. The LAB will be carried out based on an integrated approach between Coaching Team Building principles and processes through the application of Metaplan techniques, a technique aimed at optimizing the communication process within work groups, to activate participation processes and explore new perspectives. Each work group can be formed by a min. of 5 to a max. of 10 participants.
The division into groups is functional to three variables: x = country of origin, y = role / function, z = sector. In this first experience for each group the x remains fixed in such a way that each group participates in people of equal geographical origin, but active in different sectors and with different roles.
During the course of the LAB there are many moments of pause and relaxation, but of short duration. The intense work sessions of the groups will be followed by non-formal demonstrative and experiential activities. The moments of guided discussion and participatory training will be coordinated through solicitation inputs to be answered individually by writing on colored cards which will then be collected and arranged in special discussion schemes prepared by the coordinators themselves. The discussion will then be animated and self-regulated by reflection on the answers. This and other specific group management techniques will be alternated with moments of interpersonal relationship and standard training.

Each work group can be formed by a min. of 5 to a max. of 10 participants (total expected participants: 40-50).
The subdivision into groups is functional to three variables: x = Country of origin, y = role / function, z = sector. In this second experience, for each group, the y remains fixed so that each group has people with the same role / function (eg managers / managers or teachers / trainers or technicians / experts, etc.) but with different geographical origin and active in different sectors.
